The Cody Rouge Community Action Alliance (CRCAA) plans to transform two adjacent commercial buildings on West Warren Avenue into a permanent headquarters and community impact hub. This strategic location supports the City of Detroit's initiative to enhance the Cody Rouge/Warrendale area.

CRCAA aims to combat intergenerational poverty by addressing issues like social isolation, housing insecurity, and limited access to vital resources. The focus is on fostering community engagement and resilience to empower residents.
